Who am I?#
Eternally passionate and deeply curious, I’ve always enjoyed learning on my own, particularly anything to do with automation, containerisation and IT security.
I’m also a big fan of open-source technologies, which I experiment with on a daily basis as I set up my own infrastructure to host my personal blog: blog.filador.ch. With a rate of one article a month, I love sharing what I discover !
Finally, I’ve had the opportunity to work with several cloud providers: Google Cloud, AWS, Azure and even AliCloud. If you ask me the question, “Which one do you prefer?” I’d answer that it depends on your use case!
Since 2024, I’ve been an Ambassador for the Silicon Chalet. This Meetup brings together a community of over 1,400 members from Switzerland and France! My role is to promote tools and approaches close to my heart, either by organising events or by presenting topics.

Why Filador as a blog name?#
Filador is one of my first World of Warcraft characters. Born in 2007 on the Medivh (EU) server as a Blood Elf Mage in the Horde, he single-handedly represented the various moments of joy and sharing around a PvP session or a good raid.
Even though that’s all behind me now, Filador has become the blog name for my first passion: IT.
